After the Project is Complete:
After you project is finished and final payment has been received, we will issue a two-year Workmanship Warranty covering all work completed. We roof according to the National Association of Roofing Contractors guidelines.
We will also help you complete the manufacturers' warranties for any materials used on your project.
You will also receive a Waiver of Lien after your project is complete and final payment has been received. This waiver explains that Covenant Builders Inc. wave and release any and all liens or right to establish a lien on your property. It lists the scope of work completed and the total payments received in consideration of the work. The Waiver of Lien is a receipt for payment in full for the restoration project.

We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and have more than 25 combined years of experience in the contracting and insurance industries. All of our subcontractors have at least 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
